About the Role We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented BAP with a background in instructional design, content creation, or employer branding. You’ll collaborate with senior recruiters to develop engaging employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and candidate engagement strategies. What You’ll Do · Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles · Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards) · Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication · Help maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever) · Support market mapping and competitor research to support hiring strategies · Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects · Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings · Identify and suggest process improvement ideas based on observations Why Join Us? · Bachelor’s or master's degree (ongoing or recent graduate) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or related field · Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy (prior internship is a plus) · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills · Comfortable working in an international and tech-driven environment · Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn · Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
