1. About these terms

Veyra is operated by Diocreations LTD, registered in United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You must give accurate account details and keep them current.

You are responsible for your account credentials, for any magic link or reset link sent to your email address, and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Your career content

You keep ownership of everything you upload or enter — resumes, career profile data, cover letters and application content.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, analyse, reformat and display that content solely to provide the service to you: parsing uploads, generating country versions, scoring, matching and delivering downloads. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies retained in routine backups until they expire.

You confirm the content you upload is yours to use and does not infringe anyone's rights.

4. Generated documents and AI assistance

The platform restructures and adapts the information you provide. It is designed not to invent employers, dates, qualifications or achievements; where data is missing it prompts you to supply or confirm it.

You are solely responsible for reviewing every generated resume, cover letter and application for accuracy before submitting it. Submitting inaccurate information to an employer is your responsibility, not ours.

5. Job listings and applications

Listings may be posted by employers or sourced from approved external job sources. We do not employ candidates and we are not a recruitment agency or an employer of record.

Some listings accept an application submitted through the platform. Others redirect you to the employer's own website or applicant tracking system — in that case your application is made on that external site and we cannot confirm receipt, progress or outcome. The platform labels which route applies to each listing.

A 'Verified' badge means the listing has passed our stated administrative checks. It is not a guarantee of legitimacy, availability or outcome. Please report anything suspicious using the report control on the listing.

6. Visa sponsorship information

Sponsorship indicators come from employers or job sources and can change without notice. They are informational only.

Diocreations LTD does not provide immigration or legal advice and is not authorised to do so. Confirm sponsorship and immigration requirements directly with the employer and the relevant official authorities before making decisions.

7. Employer accounts

Employers who post roles must describe them accurately, must not post fees-for-jobs, discriminatory or misleading listings, and must handle applicant data lawfully. We may review, edit the presentation of, decline or remove any listing, and may suspend employer accounts that breach these terms.

8. Payments

Paid features are sold as a one-time digital purchase unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices and currency are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe or Razorpay depending on your region; we do not store card details.

Access to the purchased digital service begins immediately on successful payment. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or impersonate another person.
• Scrape, resell or redistribute listings or platform output at scale.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, payment or rate limits.
• Use the service to send spam, fraudulent job offers or harmful content.
• Interfere with platform security or availability.

10. Intellectual property

The platform, its design system, templates, scoring logic and software are owned by Diocreations LTD and protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the platform and to use documents you generate for your own job search.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached, where required by law, or where necessary to protect users or the platform.

12. Availability and changes

We work to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and third-party services we rely on may change or become unavailable. We will not remove paid functionality you have purchased without offering a reasonable alternative.

13. No employment or immigration guarantee

We provide tools and information. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, sponsorship, visas or any immigration outcome.

14. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, lost earnings or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Where you use the service as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

15. Third-party services

The platform links to and integrates with third-party services including employer sites, job sources, authentication and payment providers. Their terms and policies govern your use of them.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
